Connect with the PR-COIN Community at the Fall 2024 Learning Session

The Fall 2024 Hybrid Learning Session will take place on September 26 & 27, 2024, in-person in Seattle, WA, and on Webex.

The theme for the Learning Session is “You've got data! Now what?” and will focus on turning data into actionable insights. The new ability to stratify data by multiple variables will allow us to dive deeply into the measures and understand the performance and patient outcomes of the network with greater detail. Attend the Learning Session and receive important content:

  • Interactive workshops for implementing patient-centered, equitable approaches to drive improvement

  • New registry features

  • Understanding registry data

  • Center storyboard on QI use and best practices

  • Inspiring parent ignite stories

  • Research updates

  • And more!

Alicia Tieder, MBA, MSW, LICSW (Seattle Children’s), will be joining us as the keynote speaker. In her current role, Ms. Tieder leads multiple teams responsible for fostering an anti-racist, inclusive, and equitable environment within Seattle Children’s. Her work is pivotal in implementing, studying, and developing programs through an equity and anti-racism framework. In her keynote address, "The Advancement of Health Equity through Quality Improvement," Alicia will share her insights on how quality improvement initiatives can be a powerful vehicle for advancing health equity.

There will be a virtual component for those who are not able to travel. Please note that attendees joining virtually will be able to listen to and fully participate in the main session only. The main session will be recorded and made available to members, but there will be no virtual breakout components for this meeting. We strongly encourage in-person attendance to connect with other members and our wonderful community more deeply.

Additionally, there are pre-Learning Session QI training sessions for those seeking a refresher on Foundational and Introductory QI concepts, principles, and tools.

We are excited to bring together our community and connect on ways to improve rheumatology care and outcomes for patients across North America!
